Jenna was scheduled to open her beauty salon in a chic neighbourhood in the Paddington area the next day. She had shifted from the suburbs and her reputation was following her here. So, she already had a number of hair treatments booked in advance.
With everything set to go, Jenna opened the hot water tap to run a final check and she froze when only cold water came out. She fiddled with the hot and cold water taps and thought to herself, “this could not be happening to me”. To make matters worse, Jenna was new to the area and she had no idea where to find a hot water plumber after 6 in the evening on a Friday!

They have fixed my hot water earlier this year and did a great job”, Susan assured her with a chilling finality.
The emergency plumber in Paddington answered her call promptly, even though it was Friday evening. After listening to her, the plumber agreed to stop by at her salon in two hours. Jenna couldn’t believe her luck!
As promised, the Paddington plumber arrived at her salon and replaced one of the valves in the hot water system. In half an hour, he was done. He checked the flow of hot water and even asked her to call him first thing in the morning if she had any fresh problems with the hot water heater. He was so sure that there wouldn’t be a problem that he promised to service her free of charge, if there were any issues!
Another pleasant surprise was in store for her when the Paddington plumber handed her the bill. No extra charges!
Jenna knew that she owed Susan big time for the number of this wonderful plumbing service. This was one number that would go into her business card folder – immediately!
